So, I was updating SHOCKWAVE when this popped up. It seems that Adobe no longer have a pre-ticked "Install this unwanted software" box on the download page, but this instead. If I wanted to install CHROME, I'd do it separately (which as it happens i have for testing purposes), not as part of a plug-in update!
