Sounds like a modern version of the Interurban trams. Glad I didn't have to fight with them when I was driving around Sheffield ... It is a road nightmare for the visiting driver.
About 2-3 hours ... an hour of which was spent driving around trying to find the car rental place to return the hire car. I had been over at Elscar for a large scale model railway exhibition.
