I don't think so. It's nice having a fast Linux bash built into Windows ten. Long overdue. Students no longer need hacks or a Linux box to run most Linux binaries natively, with no emulation overhead. It should be good for Linux, too. I've made a small fortune running open source on Windows, where it is thriving. My clients do not want or need Linux boxes as they cannot manage thousands of desktops with an ancient 1970 era o/s.
