I would have thought that if we are only one of many multiversas, that the there would also be ones with 1, 2, 4, 5 [et al] large spatial dimensions as well. Perhaps also, if we live in 11 dimensions, the number of large spacial dimensions is arbitrary as well, anywhere between 0-11 large dimensions. The unique combinations would come to 11! , or 39,916,800 possible ones. But this is of course is merely wild speculation.
