AutoHotkey is a free, open-source scripting language for Windows that allows users to easily create small to complex scripts for all kinds of tasks such as: form fillers, auto-clicking, macros, etc.
On one of my PAINT TOOL SAI tutorials over at DeviantArt someone asked me if it was possible to set up the program to use WASD keys instead of the arrow keys (it wasn't). However I suggested a (fairly drastic) workaround of reassigning the keys using a utility program first. I found this utility program, and it there's even a page at https://autohotkey.com/board/topic/51687-toggle-wasd-keys-to-arrow-keys-help/ that tells you how to do that!
