Got back home, started the Win10 install (AGAIN).


Got back home, started the Win10 install (AGAIN). Got as far as this screen, and even formatted Drive 0 partition 1 using the install program, and got this?! This is beyond a fucking joke. Maybe there's a helpline I can call?

    When I had issues, I did get on the phone with MS Support. A long hold time but resolved issues.

    What really frustrates me is the vagueness of the error messages. If this page is correct, the installer program need unallocated space to on the disk to do the install properly! WTF?! I'll see if this works first.

    And bugger me!!! - I DELETED partition 1 and NOW it's working!!!!!

    Sigh - it now freezes on boot to a blank screen and flashing text cursor. And yet, this is "progress".
