I don't game that much online, but I DO access virtual worlds, so the bandwidth demand is probably similar. I find this assumption to be an attempt to find a scapegoat for the failings of a agency/company that has consistently under-performed.

Seems like a beat-up to me, by a group that so far has consistency fallen short in their ability to deliver what they promised. The bottom line is that USERS PAY FOR THEIR NET ACCESS, and it's NOT an issue of what they use it for, but pricing.
