I've engaged with the forces of darkness, a.k.a.
I've engaged with the forces of darkness, a.k.a. the university IT-Service Desk. They sent me an email to reset my password, but it keeps asking for a "favourite security question" which so far as I know, was NEVER FUCKING SET UP. !
The sequel to this was my Energy Company sending me a link to login and revise my plan. I found I couldn't remember my password so I selected the RESET PASSWORD option. I followed that link and typed in identical sequences for the password and the confirmation. I got "PASSWORDS DO NOT MATCH".
Nothing more guaranteed to get my dander up, especially as I have an addon that shows thetext I typed, and that they were identical. So the new revised password is a LOT MORE RUDE.
