Mystery errors using the Seagate Backup Plus Slim.

Mystery errors using the Seagate Backup Plus Slim. Windows said it didn't recognise the device, but Explorer did! The second copy proceeding however. I never have problems like this with Western Digital or Toshiba external drive.
