AvPainter - SL Clothes Design and Preview Tool - Full Version Version 1.7.4
If you're on Second Life or on OPenSim and still have an SL account, it seems you can get this from teh Second Life Marketplace for free. Product page is https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/AvPainter-SL-Clothes-Design-and-Preview-Tool-Full-Version/166800?id=166800&slug=AvPainter-SL-Clothes-Design-and-Preview-Tool-Full-Version. You have to rez it in a sandbox that runs scripts. I haven't got mine to work, yet.
