Damn damn damn. I turned the aircon on and the RecRoom PC just went dead. And then it went dead a few minutes later, with the aircon was off. Not this nonsense again.. #ComputerMadness
So I opened up the RecRoom PC and found a couple of things. Firstly, both the motherboard and graphics cards were covered in a solid layer of dust. Second, the CPU had a heat sink/fan combination that seemed slightly loose at one side
So I removed the heat sink/fan, and used a fresh toothbrush and a pair of cotton buds to clean the dust off without damaging anything. Then I carefully reset the heat sink/fan over the CPU so that it was firmly held. Too a few reboots before I could get a picture but it seems to be working for now. The monitor wanted to be set to 3840x2160, so I set it to that. We''l see if it cuts out again.
Bugger and damnation!

Looks hot down under. If it's just shutting down boom, it's heat sink.
